Topic Description

This session will be fun and I guarantee that you will enjoy your time in this interactive session! Do you have a core group of people that you go to for guidance and advice? Are you curious who is willing and able to help guide you on your journey? Are you looking to pay it forward and help others?

Pete will talk about the importance of meaningful connections in and out of the workplace (who, what, when, where, and why). This is not a session about passive surveys and transactional employee engagement.

We will focus on…

1. The stats around not being connected

2. The benefits of increased ongoing connection

3. Who to engage with

4. What to discuss

5. BUILD YOUR BOARD! Who are the 8 people on your board of advisors?

***We will engage all members of the audience for this session so be ready to ask questions share your story (if you want) and make connections ON THE SPOT!
