TOPIC: Challenging the Future of Women’s Health

As the primary healthcare decision-makers in the home, women decide the family’s diet, lifestyle, activity levels, and where to seek medical attention. Brenda educates women on how simple, yet impactful changes, can make all the difference in long-term health.

From managing stress, to creating life balance, to engaging in true prevention her goal is to present the audience with choices. She makes information easily understood and simple to incorporate into daily life by asking questions designed to provoke their thinking, open their minds, and empower them to make the changes that only women can make.

Participants will leave the session able to:

  • to identify their primary pain points and health deficiencies

  • to have a starting point to begin their personal healing journey

  • to have the tools with which to be proactive participants in their health and engage in true prevention

Reviews for Brenda

“We have had Brenda speak several times to our employees and each time she brings valuable information to light for our folks. She is a wonderful presenter that connects with her audience with warmth and caring. She mixes in just the right amount of science for the average person to understand but does not overwhelm
us with facts and figures. Instead, she offers practical strategies and approachable solutions to challenges that we all face as we try to better manage our health and well-being. When we have Brenda speak it’s always a full house because she is so popular and we have benefited greatly from her contributions!”

Rebecca Eastman, Director of Human Resources, Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP

“We invited Brenda to speak at our annual women’s retreat for women with rare blood diseases. Then the COVID pandemic hit and we had to pivot to an online platform. We asked Brenda to change her topic to focus on how to strengthen the immune system. Without missing a beat, Brenda switched her topic around
at the last minute and gave a riveting and impactful presentation. In post event evaluations, many women stated this was the best of all presentations given during our conference. She is encouraging and also funny and we asked her to return again this year! We are so thankful for Brenda for her wisdom and support!”

Michelle Kim, Executive Director of Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California

“We had the pleasure of having Brenda Smith speak to our membership about the importance of nutrition and true self care. Brenda’s 4 pillars to great health provided our members with a simple method of improving their overall health so they can continue to be rockstar women in their professional and personal
lives. Our members were very impressed with Brenda’s natural ability to relate to the audience, even through zoom! We can’t wait to have Brenda come back and share more tips with us!”
