Dr. Libby Adams, Founder of the International Academy of Self-Knowledge

“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ell Graniel of Truespeak to coach our Director Consultant Team on Benevolent Leadership. She presented to a group of diverse professionals that have many years of experience. We quickly learned that each and everyone of us could lead more effectively through using the skills that Ell demonstrated to us. Ell taught us skills and tools to be better listeners and how our words can impact the results we achieve as a team by empowering our members to take ownership and action. I truly enjoyed the interaction and learning experience and look forward to more training for our team.”

“Ell Graniel, founder of Truespeak, delivers life-affirming sessions focusing on managing one’s own thinking, actions, and interactions with others. She promotes healthy lifestyles choices centered on mindful practices such as deep breathing, and proper nutrition, including healthy snacking that are essential for sustaining mind/body growth. Those interested in learning how to deal with stress and self-defeating responses to the challenges encountered in daily living would be well advised to let Ms. Graniel help them understand how they can help themselves.”
