Brian has 5+ years of frontline experience in suicide prevention, mental health crisis response, and mobile grief support. He currently serves as a psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and groups around grief and traumatic grief, anxiety and depression, and suicidality. Brian received his clinical social work training at UCLA (MSW) where he focused on grief, suicide, and social justice. He is a former defense intelligence officer with the US Department of Defense and intelligence analyst with the FBI-LAPD Joint Regional Intelligence Center in Los Angeles. Having experienced the suicide death of a close colleague and friend, Brian has dedicated his life to helping those who are suffering in silence and fostering hope through connection, humility, and kindness. He is a proud uncle and avid billiards player.
